Course Content
● Plan and selection of the type & size of electrode,
● Shielding gas
● Machine requirements and Setting up the amperes for various materials and thickness
● Prepare edge as per requirement using hand grinder machine, file and hacksaw.
● Prepare, set GMAW machine and tack the pieces as per drawing.
● Select the polarity and current as per requirement.
● Straight line Beads on MS Plate. 10 mm position F and various patterns practice
