Course Content
● Select the polarity and current as per requirement.
● Straight line Beads on M.S Plate M.S. 10 mm position F
with different polarities
● Butt weld square Butt joint on M.S sheet M.S sheet 3 mm,
different position
● Inspect the welded joint visually for poor penetration,
uniformity of bead and surface defects.
● Fillet weld lap joint on MS Plate 5 mm Position F.
