This training program is designed to enhance participants’ awareness, knowledge, and sensitivity toward individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders. The course focuses on fostering inclusion, empathy, and appropriate support strategies in various environments, such as workplaces, schools, and public spaces. Participants will gain foundational understanding of conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down Syndrome, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Cerebral Palsy. Through interactive sessions, real-life scenarios, and expert guidance, this training promotes a more inclusive and respectful approach to diversity in all areas of life.
