Transporting Passengers with Disabilities

Description

This course is designed to equip transport personnel with the essential knowledge and skills required to safely and respectfully assist People of Determination during transit. The training includes modules on disability awareness, communication strategies, safety protocols, proper handling of mobility aids, and emergency procedures tailored to passengers with physical and neurological conditions.

Duration:        2 day/  16 Hours

                        8 Hours per session 

Schedule:        Weekdays and Weekends
